The tale of Iran plotting to have Mexican drug lords kill the Saudi Ambassador to the U.S. really does sound ridiculous.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it turns out that this was a Mossad sting. Israel is not about to give up on its campaign to have Iran eliminated. Never mind its more immediate problems.

In 1964 Deena Stryker traveled to Cuba to interview the original "Twelve" leaders of the Revolution. The members of the government, including Fidel Castro, Raul Castro, Che Guevara and Celia Sanchez, spoke to her informally, occasionally talking about each other. They shared the original intentions of the Revolution and the changes they planned for Cuba. The photographs are now part of a collection at Duke University. Stryker returned to Cuba in 2011, taking the color pictures in the Epilogue.

Awareness that the sacredness of every type of life is the only absolute can provide the serenity we do not find in religion.
